We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with Demand Management expertise for a 100% remote position.

Experience:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong in the Demand Management / PPM applications.

Business Systems Analyst contractor with ServiceNow experience in the Demand Management / PPM applications. Technical skills and knowledge of SDLC, PHI data, ITIL, etc.

Demand management is basically the functionality in SN and the process of:

• Capturing requests (“demand”) from the business for IT projects or enhancements
• Assessing the demand and capturing the cost, work effort, timeline, which teams are involved, etc associated with each demand
• Going through review processes and governance to approve the demand and ensure it is funded and resourced
• For approved demands, transitioning into execution

Within ServiceNow, there are built in tools to facilitate capturing the demands from the business and then managing through that review, assessment, and approve/deny process
