Seeking a Medicare Regulatory Specialist with strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage industry standards and guidelines for a 100% Remote position.

You will be responsible for reviewing materials submitted from the organization to ensure are compliant with CMS Marketing and Communications, perform appropriate filing with CMS, track inventory, provide status updates and escalate issues. Perform QA functions as requested.

Offer advice and expertise to help improve business performance in terms of operations, structure, and strategy. The work stretches across a variety of areas, including IT, finance, marketing, and HR. The ideal candidate will have documented history of helping other businesses into new growth areas and creating measurable benefits for his or her employers. Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy office, be creative, and to think outside the box.

General responsibilities include:

  • Detect and investigating issues and ways to resolve them
  • Determine the pros and cons of possible strategies
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Implementing agreed solutions
  • Develop and implement new procedures or training

Key skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage industry standards and guidelines.
  • 6+ years’ experience in reviewing of Medicare Advantage regulated marketing materials (ANOC/EOC/SB).
  • Identify any errata worthy errors.
  • Able to share experience from other plans to improve review quality of materials.
  • Health plan/Managed care experience.
  • Close attention to details to ensure accurate quality reviews.
  • Proficient in using MS Word/Excel/Power point.
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
