Seeking an Application Performance Monitoring Engineer with Cloud experience.

• Monitor our Digital Applications end-to-end
• Understand the overall architecture of our systems – identify gaps in monitoring and troubleshoot issues
• Configure and maintain custom dashboards and alerts in various APM tools
• Create custom reports, deliver report presentations to various stakeholders
• Develop scripts for monitoring – PowerShell, Python
• Develop metrics for both the business and technical teams to determine the health of systems
• Provide on-call support as needed
• Ability to adapt and quickly learn different tools. Tools will include AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, potentially Splunk. Options include Dynatrace, Raygun, App Dynamics, among others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Application Performance Monitoring Experience
• Demonstrated experience monitoring iOS and Android Applications
• Demonstrated experience with monitoring web applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with AWS Cloudwatch and/or Azure Monitor
• Certifications in APM monitoring tools preferred
• Experience with Splunk and SolarWinds a plus
