Seeking an US IT Technical Recruiter for a 100% Remote position.

YOU WILL:

  • Desire value and purpose in the work that you do

  • Partner with Job owners on specific requisitions
  • Efficiently create an implement a sourcing strategy to produce qualified candidates
  • Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of candidates in specific markets
  • Sell open positions to prospective candidates through effective phone calls and email campaigns
  • Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to clients
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with candidates
  • Meet and exceed personal placement targets

YOU’LL NEED:

  • EXCELLENT communication skills & unparalleled integrity/positive attitude
  • 1+ years successful recruitment/sourcing experience, ideally within the technology sector
  • Experience with Social Media Recruiting
  • Knowledge of various sourcing tools & strategies:
    • History of successfully locating engineering talent using online search tools, including LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
    • You’ve developed your own strategies and methods for reaching the “unreachable” candidates who don’t maintain a public presence.
    • Ability to use creative and innovative methods to source hard-to-find professionals
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets; detail-oriented
  • Proven track record of perseverance and success
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to learn new technology and business processes quickly
