YOU WILL:
- Desire value and purpose in the work that you do

- Partner with Job owners on specific requisitions
- Efficiently create an implement a sourcing strategy to produce qualified candidates
- Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of candidates in specific markets
- Sell open positions to prospective candidates through effective phone calls and email campaigns
- Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our candidate database, gaining referrals, social media sourcing, and networking
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to clients
- Develop strong trust-based relationships with candidates
- Meet and exceed personal placement targets
YOU’LL NEED:
- EXCELLENT communication skills & unparalleled integrity/positive attitude
- 1+ years successful recruitment/sourcing experience, ideally within the technology sector
- Experience with Social Media Recruiting
- Knowledge of various sourcing tools & strategies:
- History of successfully locating engineering talent using online search tools, including LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
- You’ve developed your own strategies and methods for reaching the “unreachable” candidates who don’t maintain a public presence.
- Ability to use creative and innovative methods to source hard-to-find professionals
- Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets; detail-oriented
- Proven track record of perseverance and success
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to learn new technology and business processes quickly
