Seeking a Pricing Analyst for a 100% Remote position.

The primary responsibility of the Pricing Analyst is to review and process pricing requests, assist in creating price structure and define pricing for different projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve contract and addendum requests for low special prices, fee schedules, and trade discounts
  • Review and approve credit requests, pricing for non-contract accounts:
  • Calculate or verify credit amounts submitted and maintain audit requirements for approvals, review credit calculations for entry.
  • Review and recommend pricing for different pricing strategies,
  • Provide price recommendations/guidelines and fee schedule discount recommendations for different corporate groups as well as individual accounts
  • Calculate increase for all fee schedules (list price, corp fee schedules and regional fee schedules) based on standard rate or contract negotiated rate for all systems (US, Canada, AIS and any other that are added)
  • Calculate increase of all special prices based on standard rate and cap exceptions
  • Enter all updated fee schedules and special prices into the financial system
  • Review client fee schedule definition and update/enter in the system
  • Database changes for price increase, client set up, territory updates and other mass updates.
  • Assist pricing team with month end deadlines and price entry.
  • Handle general requests for usage reports, price lists to ops and sales.
  • Provide price lists to sales for individual client requests or corp group requests as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve different issues from sales team regarding pricing.
  • Help to implement new projects and promotions by working with different departments (IT/Sales) to test and finalize procedures for implementation
  • Work with outside programmers/vendors for troubleshooting system errors and on new projects
  • Train staff on implementation of new projects/promotions
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel proficiency

Education and Experience
