Seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 100% Remote position to design healthcare apps.

A Visual Designer creates compelling, original designs for digital experiences. A Visual Designer translates business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

Essential functions

• Conduct user and workflow research
• Propose visual or functional solutions that meet customer goals
• Ensure design implementation through development process
• Collaboratively manage the Florida Blue Design System, pattern library, and standards
• Provide leadership and support to other designers

Requirements

• Provide link to your portfolio.
• Use HCD (human-centered design) in design process.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite especially Adobe XD
• Familiar with Storybook and Atomic Design
• A fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS languages would be preferred

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of Professional experience in design and development using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (XD for wireframes and prototypes; Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Related Bachelor's degree in an IT or related field or relevant work experience
