Seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a hybrid role in Melbourne, Florida.

The Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) will work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development. Will focus on administrative and strategic employee relations, performance and compensation management and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Process owner for the following Talent Management Processes. Has responsibility and authority for each process to include design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement and the interactions with other processes.

Compensation Expert:

  • Serves as expert and process owner for the development, implementation and maintenance of company compensation programs.
  • Responsibilities include ownership of company compensation pay structures, annual salary surveys participation and pay structure update recommendations, consultant/advisor for individual pay evaluations and recommendations, process owner for the annual salary planning process, to include base pay and company performance plan design and implementation, development of communication material (letters) to communication annual bonus payments and annual total compensation (base pay + incentive programs).

HR Compliance:

  • Affirmative Action Plans (AAP): Expert and process owner for the creation and maintenance of the company’s annual Affirmative Action Plan. Facilitates the delivery of Harassment Training.
  • Responsible for filing EEO Filing to the EEOC.

Goal Setting and Agile Performance Management Program

  • Serves as process owner for the company’s goal setting and Agile performance management systems
  • Serves as coach/consultant/advisor to employees and managers in the creation of individual goals and performance feedback.

HR Policies:

  • Serves as process owner for company HR Policies.
  • Ensures all policies are current and communicated to all associates.

HRIS:

  • Serves as process owner for Human Resources Information Systems including ADP, Affirmative Action requirements, SharePoint for Agile Check Ins, etc.

Recognition & Retention Programs

  • Serves as process owner for Culture Survey administration and follow up.
  • Serves as process owner for the Service Award program.
  • Serves as leader/consultant for company events committee (picnic, holiday party, holiday charitable giving, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology or another related field. Masters’ Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years working in an HR Generalist Role with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Certifications or expert working knowledge in any of the following disciplines is a plus:
  • Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Compensation program planning, development and implementation
  • Leadership Development & Coaching
  • HR Compliance (EEOC, OFCCP, AAP, etc.)

Education:

  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
  • Master's preferred
