Seeking a Cloud IT Manager for an 100% Remote position.

Seeking a working administrative professional leader with an information technology background and proven track record of developing, enhancing, and managing network, cloud, and infrastructure teams in an (MSP) environment. Must be a strong technical leader with proven experience in a managed services business environment. Will manage direct reports, service providers as well as a diverse technical operations group. Must be capable of presenting business case solutions for technology and tools to best automate and improve efficiencies and reduce costs. The manager will work closely with the leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to clients. Must possess engagement management experience with internal and external technology partners/contracts/services/peers/clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accomplished at transforming, creating, and managing projects, clients, and operational teams to deliver high-quality technology projects & services.
• Must possess strong technical knowledge of production management, network, cloud, and data center operating systems & tools.
• Proven ability developing building and managing a multi-skilled team
• Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.
• Able to drive to resolution client events both change requests and P1-P4 events.
• Broad technical understanding of infrastructure and cyber security (required)
• Establish and follow best practices for effective problem resolution
• Ensure change management practices conform to client’s organization standards and same for Astadia internal CAB reviews.
• Display exceptional written and in-person communications.
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning development and supporting Sales in RFP responses.
• Proven experience in managing Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plans.
• Work with key stakeholders at the manager/director levels to align business objectives.
• Analyze existing operations and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow business with keen eye on efficiency and scalability.
