The Technical Sourcer will concentrate on building candidate pipelines in IT, Finance and Medical industries for our customer projects. Proven ability to utilize natural language, Boolean searches, and social media to identify and attract superior technical talent. This is an international remote position for applicants living in the Philippines or Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
• Maintain a sense of urgency in finding the "right candidates" for the "right job"
• Meet performance metrics
• Continue to develop and expand sourcing techniques. Not just look at the obvious.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical sourcing experience required
• Strong screening ability for highly technical positions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong familiarity with natural language and boolean search techniques
• Experienced using job posting sites (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Indeed)
• Solid understanding and usage of social media sites (Linkedin, Github)
• Experience using ATS
