Seeking a Robotics Mechanical Engineer for an exciting role in Palm Bay, Florida.

With this role you will be supporting the development of interconnected set of algorithms and software for control of a system of robotic manipulators and/or motors.

This is a full-time permanent position with relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test an interconnected set of algorithms and software for control of a system of robotic manipulators and/or motors.
• Work with a team to contribute to road-mapping and future vision efforts and translate those plans into near term actions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar background
  
• 5-7 years of experience
• Experience with robotics and controls.
• Mathematics of rotations (rotation matrices, quaternions, Euler angles, etc.).
• Matlab experience.
• Numerical optimization techniques.
• Development of autonomy and control logic (e.g., state machines).
• Experience with autonomous vehicles (preferred)
