Seeking a Senior Program Manager to develop Undersea Autonomous Drones. This position is located in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Secret Clearance is required. This is a full-time permanent position.

In this role you will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies while advancing the state-of-the-art autonomous undersea robotics.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop groundbreaking new autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major program roles, set integrated budget and schedule baselines, and monitor work accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet program schedules.
  
• Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.
  
• Interface with our customers to ensure alignment and transparency at all phases, from development through delivery.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience; or Master's degree in an engineering discipline or MBA, plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
  
• Secret clearance
• Strong knowledge of Unmanned Underwater Vehicle products and technologies, including current and potential applications
  
• Successful track record of leading large DoD-focused programs with both development and production elements.
  
• Experience in delivering technology products in a high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into requirements.
  
• Demonstrated experience creating operational plans and forecasts, executing business strategies with positive results.
