I am a Perspective/Perception Skydiver. That simply means that I start every interaction, project, problem, etc. by working to get as complete a picture of the lay of the land as quickly as possible. This allows me to narrow down my approach to make the most positive impact possible. As each task, fix, conversation, etc is complete, I bring my view back up to see the changes, adjust my planning and approach and do it again.

As a very brief professional summary, I've been an IT professional since 2002 with the vast majority of time spent working as a Systems Administrator of Windows based systems, mostly being a generalist and doing whatever needed to be done. Over the last years my focus has started to be more emphasized and enthusiastic toward VMware and virtualization. Along the way I have acted as Project Manager over many small and medium projects, Team Lead of small teams of engineers, and worn many other hats.
