Manages all job boards including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Clearance Jobs, Monster, internal database, etc. Provide daily and weekly recruitment summaries to hiring managers Continually grow a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates for current and future roles through traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies Represent the company for external affairs for sourcing. Actively participate in job fairs and connect with different institutions to widen the company's network.
