IT professional with with 5+ years of experience in IT as: manual and automated QA tester (2+ years), e-commerce project manager (3 years).
• As a QA Tester, diversified experience in Manual and Automation, Black Box testing of web and mobile applications, API testing, GUI, Ad-hoc, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance and other types of testing.
• Extensive experience in automation tools like UFT/QTP (Unified Functional Testing/Quick Test Professional), Selenium IDE, WebDriver, Postman, RESTful Stress tool.
• Skilled in planning and implementing new processes, procedures and tools for quality assurance testing, defect tracking, status reporting and problem resolution within Agile and non-Agile (Waterfall and Iterative) development environments to reduce operating costs and increasing efficiency.
• Highly skilled in creating QA documentation including test plans, test cases, bug reports, traceability matrices, decision and inventory tables and executing them as well as experience in analysis of the business requirements and the functional and non-functional requirements specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Expert in using Jira and Asana as a project management and bug tracking tool.
• Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, SQL, Python, Java and Splunk syntax.
• Very strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Result-oriented, committed and exceptionally hard working with a quest to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
