Client of about 1300 end points needed direction and training for re-imaging their desktops. Streamlined their process and cut imaging time down from 3 hours to a little over an hour. This required revamping their current image in which it had applications installed to repacking several packages. Also, there was significant network issues that were identified and forward to the appropriate team for resolution.

Lead a team of three engineers to build a SCCM 2007 infrastructure to support over 95,000 end clients. Designed build process for SCCM 2007 Infrastructure which consisted of approximately 450 Secondaries, 500 Branch Distribution points, with one Central, and 4 Primary Site Servers. The SCCM 2007 tool was put in place to migrate over 95,000 computers from Windows XP to Windows 7. Provided a bridge of from project engineering to an operational state of the global SCCM tool. Played an integral part in the architecture/engineering and initial configuration of SCOM 2012 to manage the SCCM & SCSM infrastructure.
