5 years clinical care and medical management experience

• Current and unrestricted license
• Excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, decision making and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Utilization Management and URAC/NCQA standards
• Requires minimal direction and guidance
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms including Word and Excel
• Proficient in Epic, Centene, PointClickCare, myAvatar
