Over 20 years of IT Experience in Enterprise Class Structure Design, software Development life cycle (SDLC) best practices, Development of Applications using Pega PRPC, JAVA, Oracle, Oracle Forms and UNIX. 8 years' experience in BPM and Case Management Concepts. Experience with complete life cycle of Pega rules configuration, customization and deployment.

• Experience in Application Setup, Data Modelling, SLAs, Correspondence, reporting generation, installing, upgrading and securing the application systems, PEGA integration services using REST, OpenText, Email, Geospatial, LDAP and external databases. Extensively used Connectors.
• Experience in migrating the legacy data into pega application and dynamically creating the cases in appropriate stages. Moving data to PEGA and other integrated systems. Designed and implemented Decision Rules, Declarative Rules and Validation Rules
• Experience in Pega Government Platform, PEGA Customer Frameworks, Mobile Development and deployment. Database design, tuning the applications for performance issues, problem solving and integrating with other application systems. Experience in configuring the BIX, creating the reports in enterprise reporting tools such as Jasper Soft Reporting and Customizing OOTB Reports.
