  • Work alongside and back up the BSA Officer in the identification, revision, mitigation and administration of Woori America Banks BSA /AML Compliance program.
  • Oversee large EDD audit project and team through remediation of 729 high risk customers as ordered by FDIC examination findings by: centralizing files, identifying high risk actors, manage staff conducting enhanced due diligence reviews, gather and electronically preserve supporting documentation, revise the narrative process, BSA testing, updating/revising BSA/AML policies and procedures, forms development and train bank staff on the changes. Interviewed, hired and managed BSA team of 9 consultants and 2 permanent to help execute the EDD remediation overhaul.
