Volha Karpiyevich has amassed a diversified set of skills by working within several industries including: finance, insurance and capital markets. Throughout her experiences in these industries, she succeeded in a variety of company cultures and environments ranging from small to large corporations. Hands on experience in change management activities related to FRB changes, well versed on analyzing detailed and completed Financial and Regulatory Reports. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS) & methods and ability to apply and adapt established methods to various accounting problems. With over 10 years of industry experience across multiple functions, she has worked on capital reporting, stress testing, financial forecasting, financial planning and reporting, reinsurance and cost accounting. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Volha worked at AIG where she was responsible during the first two years for the financial management and analysis including forecast, budget and variance analysis of the three AIG legal entities.
