Closer working relationship was forged with vendor that significantly improved collaboration on future projects.
  • Responsible for product development testing and input to Verizon Business Network Operations for new offerings to Managed Services customers. Interfaced directly with development team and operations personnel with results and suggested improvements.
  • Designed, implemented and documented first managed EVDO wireless backup network. Worked across divisions within organizations, each with own procedures, nomenclature and networks. Established positive relationships which resulted in standardized implementation and management documents written for future customers.
