Description:
Citigroup (Citibank online portal): Citibank Online (CBOL) is the existing retail Internet banking portal for US customers. It supports multiple languages on a distributed but unified system. CBOL allows customers to open accounts online, have access to their account information, perform a host of banking transactions like one time or recurring transfers, payments to personal payees or Merchants, receive alerts for transactions and edit/customize their details and preferences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducted performance testing of data driven, online portal, and business
- applications, using HP Load Runner and Performance Center tools.
- Responsible in Test Planning, developing test strategies, implementing test strategies, stress testing, performance testing, load testing and endurance testing. Risk Identification, scripting, and execution of performance tests to validate in a non-production environment.
- Used Http/Html and Web services Protocols for online portal, thin client & Customer Relationship Management application
- Post execution analysis of test results will include report development and delivery. Worked closely with both the system management and software development teams to identity root causes of issues and performance improvements.
- Identified functionality and performance bottlenecks, including deadlock conditions, database connectivity problems, and system crashes under load.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the application issues using Wily Introscope, Site Scope.
