• Coached projects in the use of Agile techniques for Professional Services Delivery.
• Directly managed up to 22 Program Managers and Project Managers comprising full-time staff and contractors.
• Coached and mentored PM's to become more proficient competent program and project managers. Resolved escalations from PM's regarding project issues and from customers regarding PM performance. On-boarded trained and counseled new PM hires to rapidly become competent and effective.
• Created a centralized as part of a 4-person management team.
• Managed significant change management issues in establishing a PMO with consistent methodology and skills.

• Worked with resource management to assign project managers to software migration projects.
• Educated and assisted Project Managers on Recruit implementation and migration delivery methods
• Managed up to 25 active CRM Recruit migration projects
• Worked with technical and functional team Resource Managers to secure resources

• Senior Program Manager, National Motor Vehicle (NMV) Solution Team, 2006-2009
• Led the development of the NMV solution team’s program management office. The PMO was responsible for supporting the engagement teams with financial, procurement, reporting, and scheduling services. Led the development of a standard set of Program Management Plans (CMMI ML3) used by all NMV engagement teams, which fulfilled BearingPoint’s standards but provide an adaptable, reusable framework for the needs of the engagements.
