• Managed all T- SPLOTS contracts for the City by managing RFI, RFQ, ITBs and RFPs • Managed, solicited and completed the purchasing of capital program/construction & A/E assignments • Mentored, trained and assisted purchasing personnel/City staff on purchasing strategies • Counseled internal and external clients on City of Sandy Springs’ construction and general purchasing/procurement requirements and methodologies • Utilized procurement software and ERP systems (i.e. Munis) to manage, record and track acquisition activities and procurement transactions • Develop ed reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders regarding active and future construction & general procurement projects • Coordinated meetings and make timely recommendations on complex purchasing/ procurement issue, while impacting the successful of the procurement process • Articulate d terms and conditions in bids, proposals and purchase orders related to the procurement practices of the City of Sandy Springs to potential and existing venders/contractors • Troubleshoot price agreements, purchase invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compatibility with the City financial system • Utilize d Bonfire Software to ensure proper record keeping and contact with vendors
