Project Manager to solve and fix Internal Workflow Issues that the Physicians were having with the finalization of the Cerner Go-Live in London. I assessed the issues in the outpatient clinics and the Emergency Room, Life-Sciences, and PathNet. It was necessary to use PowerInsight along with Discern Expert Rules to clear up the workflow problems that the nurses and Physicians were having in nurse documentation with build, Person Management with Scheduling Management, Registration Management, Access Management and therefore we had to utilize IVIEW documentation, so that the problems that the Physicians could access their data in real-time according to their expectations when accessing live data. In the behavior department we utilized IEP, IIP and Daily Scrum. In the five emergency rooms I retrained the Physicians and nurses on FirstNet and PowerChart for two months.
