Providing Change Control management for a global conglomerate providing risk assessment and control of all changes to computer systems taking projects from start to finish. Working with both Smiths BIS & its 3rd party vendors CapGemini & AT&T. Planning and scheduling the roll out of services to end users. Ensuring roll out comes in on time and within budget and change parameters. Point of contact for all change and project users providing information and updates as required to all levels of the business. Meeting with stakeholders of all levels to report on progress and to plan implementations. Ensuring that they are aware of the future benefits of the changes and discuss any concerns in advance. Scheduling work to be done and ensuring the correct implementation teams are used at all times. Discussing project at all stages with the service owner to ensure that they are happy with the progress and design. Track costs and risk as it progresses to ensure that there is service value.
