I am a highly experienced PMO Manager, Sr. Project Manager and Team Lead with extensive knowledge and practical experience in SDLC for projects leading to the creation or enhancement of either front or back-end communications and data systems. My professional experience spans 25+ years specifically in the telephony and automotive industry within information systems. I currently manage a team of both employee & contract Project Managers in an application Project Management Office Environment.

I have managed multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams, as well as third party suppliers and vendors in isolation and as part of multi-vendor environments for over ten years. I engage with business clients and leadership at all levels. I am use to working with virtual teams as well as having managed large teams.
