  • Responsible for the oversight of day to day functions including: Scheduling and front desk, insurance authorization and verification, patient work flow as well as clinical efficiency.
  • Managed the clinics compliance programs with the Florida Department of Health Office Based Surgery Regulation Department.
  • Managed the relationship between 3 medical providers and more than 25 non provider personnel assuring the respective center medical director have the resources and tools necessary to be successful.
  • Oversee the revenue cycle process. More than $6m yearly. 3 billing managers. More than 15 different payers.
  • Managed payer contracting and credentialing with more than 15 different payers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
