Participating in various recruitment campaigns, recruitment projects for non-legal searches. Soon I was moved to the legal division where I was a part of a small team responsible for building the legal recruitment business of TMP Worlwide in Hungary and Central & Eastern Europe. The expansion of the legal business was a challenging and exciting project and I was privy to vast experiences throughout the process. It was an honor to be a part of the growth of the legal division in uncharted markets for TMP. In 2005, Hudson Global Resources bought out TMP Worldwide that resulted in the creation of Hudson Legal. I was asked to join Hudson Legal, where I remained for a subsequent 7 years.
