Oversee the development and implementation for all facets of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business transformation program for HCM (Human Capital Management) and Finance with a 26+ million dollar multi-year budget. Directly manage every technology team and project manager responsible for the conversion, development, implementation and integration for each technology deliverable in each phase of the iterative deployment schedule. Providing best in class project management and PMO principles through Go Live & the Warranty period.
· Responsible for the overall Data Migration, Development and Implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program servicing both HCM and Finance work streams
· Implementing an Enterprise wide solution for 40,000+ employees using the Oracle Fusion Cloud based SaaS (software as a system) solutions and development coupled with transformation/conversion in an ESB (enterprise service bus) platform
· Vendor relationship management includes, but not limited to; Infosys (Oracle Fusion partners), Mulesoft, Concur, Microsoft AX, and other internal proprietary applications
· Oversee the Data Retention and Archiving solutions ensuring compliance with Audit, Compliance and Legal
· Oversee and manage all Testing and Defect Management required for Unit, SIT and UAT testing leading up to the Go-Live
· Track and drive key project deliverables.
· Manage cross stream dependencies
· Actively identify and manage risks and issues, working with disparate teams to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution.
· Participate in weekly project review reporting processes, including analysis and preparation of project dashboards, metrics, and materials.
· Provide support across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, user test, coordination, release and pre/post implementation support)
· Achieve the right blend of project status tracking/reporting without being an undo burden on the developers
· Create executive level meeting materials
· Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed
· Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.
· Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting business requirements.
