I am a recent graduate who is seeking a challenging work environment in the IT industry that can satisfy my passion for technology. I am highly motivated and always seek to work on the hardest technology problems out there. During college I held 5 different roles in various Information Technology functions, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the IT field and various technologies. I did an internship with IBM as an IT Specialist and another internship with Blue Mountain Action Council as a software developer. In addition, I held part time jobs at Whitman College as a Technology Services Lab Consultant, a Webmaster and an Information Security Engineer. Below are some of my achievements working in the IT field:

• Enhanced Whitman College Technology Services customer satisfaction by 35%.

• Improved IBM Datacap APT application to capture data 20% more accurately from invoices.

• Designed IBM Accounts Payable solution, which is currently used by IBM technical sellers.

• Tutored Introduction to Programming students, which raised the class average from 73% to 88%.

• Developed a software to help Blue Mountain Action Council improve their response time to customers' requests by 20%.
