I am a professional programmer working on PowerBuilder and Oracle databases since 1997, developing complex applications in most departments in the Central Bank of Venezuela, achieving goals in record time. In 2003, I developed an ERP system also in PowerBuilder and Oracle, obtaining the best performance making most of the process with PL/SQL, ( stored procedures, triggers, functions and more). Here are some of my developments:

• Implemented SIGER2000 in “Comercializadora ROMHER”
• $300MM annual revenues, the exclusive distributor of COLGATE, Johnson & Johnson, SC Johnson in Venezuela.
• Implemented SIGER2000 in Nippon Corporation, $100MM – annual revenues, a leading car parts supplier nationwide in Venezuela. Lately, the focus has shifted to Business Intelligence, working on projects to extract, load and transform data from several sources producing KPIs, dashboards, and reports using Oracle APEX and SQL Server Tools like SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. I recently successfully passed the exam for 70-461 Certification Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014. My most recent projects include two PowerBuilder Appeon 2017 migration projects and one in HTML 5 / JavaScript / Polymer web components / No SQL Firebase Database. I finished a successful migration project from the Engine Records System (ERS) and Shop Floor Execution System (SFE) systems to PowerBuilder 2017 and Oracle 12c for the Aviation Division of General Electric (GE). At this moment, I'm working on the migration of Rhode Island Children’s Information System (RICHIST) from PowerBuilder 2017 Classic to PowerBuilder 2017 R3 Web version and Sybase ASE 16. Over and above that, I developed and implemented APIs in C # to interconnect the RICHIST application with DUO 2 factor authentication and LDAP. As well, I Developed a tool to generate subversions and comparations PowerBuilder libraries, this tool has been developed in C #, XAML, and the ORCA library.
