My role as the Director of Client Success, I was responsible for the partnership between Digarc and our strategic clients, mid-range, and value-added clients that drove value-realization and return on the client’s investment. In the role, I served as the industry savvy individual who has the experience in their implementation, subscriptions, hosted solution and strategies. I managed a team of 15 client advocates who then managed 100-150 clients geographically located all over the world. I worked directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements and to develop new features, functions, and modules. Additionally, I was responsible for the technical support help desk. The Help Desk served as the first line of contact for all technical issues, questions or concerns.
