Default Workflow: June 13 to Till Date

The Default Workflow System is a document chasing application which facilitates modification of loans which are on a verge of defaulting or have defaulted. The system automatically populates cases from loans that fit review criteria from Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP), manages Trial mod setup, document tracking, Underwriting, QA and payments monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing technical design document, developing, unit testing, IST and UAT support
• Extending deployment Support – performing post deployment validations
• Defining activities, properties, decision rules, declarative rules, data pages, validation rules & connecting SQLs
• Designing and implementing user interfaces using flow actions, sections and harness
• Carrying out unit testing & troubleshooting issues in application using PRPC Tools like Rules Inspector, Clipboard & Tracer
• Automating weekly reports by configuring agent and correspondence rules
• Developing interfaces for external system by creating SOAP Connector rules using Connector and Metadata Accelerator
• Tuning long running reports & RCA of alerts in production environment by analyzing alert logs using tools like PAL and DB Trace
• Involved in Ruleset allocation, Product Creation and Rule deployment activities.
• Involved in Portal customization.

Preforeclosure: May 11 to June 13

The Preforeclosure application bulit in pega has a questionnaire which facilitates customers to chec for foreclosure and submit the required documents. Loans which are on a verge of foreclosure. The system automatically populates questionnaire to the Customer care representatives based on which cases from loans that fit review criteria from Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP). It's a service based application.

Responsibilities:

• Defining activities, properties, decision rules, declarative rules, data pages, validation rules & connecting SQLs
• Prepared the User Interfaces (section, harness, and flow action)
• Designing and implementing user interfaces using flow actions, sections and harness

• Prepared the User Interfaces (section, harness, and flow action)

• Implementation and integration of multiple external systems with soap connectors and also designed SOAP services. End to end Integration testing of the application.

Automated Financial System generates the salaries of all the employees of IEG. It generates Office Note for the salary report which contains the sum of amount required to be paid and it shows the funds which are available with the organization Responsibilities:
