Configures and troubleshoots Operating Systems and Database Management Systems. Provides support for all Information Technology products and services. Determines and engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to determine the most effective manner in resolving customer's technical issues and verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the users' problems through verbal or email follow up. Resolves Level I/II and possibly III work orders. Provides necessary change and support documentation. Updates tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities, and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
