• Extensive IT experience utilizing Client/Server, Web based and Mainframe applications including: System Analysis, Design, Quality Assurance (System, Integration, End to End and UAT), Process Development, Software Change Management, Training, and Project Management.
• Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), process development and implementation of all the stages of the Project Life Cycle and extensively involved in all dimensions of Functionality, Usability, Reliability and Performance testing.
• Expertise in creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test cases and software documentation from business, technical and functional requirements.
• Experience with defect-reporting and tracking using the HP Quality Center and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Involved in conducting Walkthroughs with the stakeholders (including the design team, the business analysts and project management teams) for base-lining the test plans and submitted reports indicating the status of testing effort
• Experience in Health, Life and Dental Insurance Industry (Group, Individual, Medicare, - Sales, enrollment, Fulfillment and claims areas)
• Ability to multitask as well as being flexible in adjusting to people, circumstances and responsibility.
